The Iowa Black Chamber of Commerce was founded by its President, June Owens.
IBCC Founder and President June Owens is an award-winning community leader and entrepreneur. June is passionate about economic growth and development opportunities and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
The Iowa Black Chamber of Commerce promotes the economic growth, development and interests of Black-owned businesses in Iowa.
The Iowa Black Chamber of Commerce (IBCC) is a resource for businesses by providing access, advocacy, opportunity, development support and business referrals. While the focus of the IBCC is to support Black owned businesses, our membership is open to all persons regardless of race, creed, origin, or political affiliation.
